This whole-body workout is a great place to begin your Pilates journey and a wonderful introduction to reformer Pilates for beginners. We focus on you, your fitness goals, and what you want to achieve from the session in a relaxed, one-on-one environment with an experienced instructor.
These sessions combine the fundamentals of Pilates with strength, cardio, and stretching to form a well-rounded workout that will leave you feeling like you have achieved something amazing!
Our private Pilates reformer classes allow you to add a little of this or remove a little of that based on how you feel on any given day. We try to keep classes flexible to help you work towards your fitness goals even when you’re not feeling your best.
Your instructor will guide you through each movement and push you to learn, get stronger, adapt, and move fearlessly through every session.
