Hype sessions break our signature classes down into eight rounds of two alternating exercises. Each round means 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest - it’s up to you to find that push. Not for the faint-hearted, these classes blend Pilates and HIIT to spike your heart rate and leave no muscle untouched.
