It includes 45 minutes of enjoyable movement centred around strength, flexibility, control, and taking on achievable challenges. Your instructor will support you throughout the session with in-depth demonstrations and constructive verbal feedback.

Duration: 45 minutes

This moderate-intensity group session is a step up from a beginner class and will help you build strength and flexibility while gently increasing your energy levels and heart rate. These Pilates mat classes present some achievable challenges to keep you progressing in your fitness journey without leaving you sore afterwards. Do not fear - these classes are beginner-friendly, and you can adapt the exercises to suit your needs and goals.

Burn.

Duration: Approximately 1 hour

We designed this moderate to high-intensity circuit class to increase your strength, flexibility, energy levels, and heart rate. During the session, you and a partner will move through a series of exercise stations at varying difficulty levels, allowing you to customise your workout to your abilities. These classes are social and fun; we typically host them outdoors on a Saturday morning.

While the class structure may vary depending on the number of participants, it typically includes:

  • 3 rounds of work: 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off

  • 1-minute rest intervals between each round

  • Finisher Burnout

Online Pilates.

Duration: 45 minutes

These online Pilates classes feature a beginner-style workout you can do from the comfort of your own home. They’ll get you moving on days you don’t want to leave the house and are easy to join - all you will need is some comfortable clothing and an exercise mat, and you’re ready to go.

Hype.

This high-impact, high-intensity class is Pilates like you’ve never seen before.

Hype sessions break our signature classes down into eight rounds of two alternating exercises. Each round means 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest - it’s up to you to find that push. Not for the faint-hearted, these classes blend Pilates and HIIT to spike your heart rate and leave no muscle untouched.

If you love a challenge and working up a sweat, this is the class for you!
